Welcome to bkosher. By creating an account or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

1. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity under your account. You agree to provide accurate, current information, including a correct delivery address and contact details.

2. Age Requirement

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or place an order. Orders containing wine or spirits require a valid government-issued ID at delivery or pickup.

3. Accurate Delivery Information

You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address and being available during your chosen delivery window. We are not responsible for failed deliveries caused by incorrect information or unavailability.

4. Payment Obligations

You agree to pay the full amount shown at checkout, including the order total, any delivery fee, and applicable taxes. Payment is processed securely through our payment provider. Orders are not confirmed until payment is received.

5. Products, Kosher Certification & Allergens

Kosher certification shown on a product reflects the manufacturer's packaging at the time it was listed and can change between production runs. bkosher is a grocery retailer, not a kosher-certifying agency — we display the certification provided by the manufacturer and its certifying agency. Always confirm the hechsher and any stringency (such as Cholov Yisroel, Pas Yisroel, Glatt, Mehadrin, or Kosher for Pesach) on the physical package you receive, and consult your rabbi with any halachic question. Ingredient and allergen information can also change — always read the physical package for the current ingredient and allergen statement before use, especially if you or someone in your household has a food allergy or sensitivity.

6. Order Cancellation

You may cancel an order within 1 hour of placing it at no charge. After that window, cancellation may not be possible if the order has entered fulfillment. Refunds are governed by our Refund & Return Policy.

7. Limitation of Liability

Delivery times are estimates. We are not liable for delays caused by weather, traffic, road conditions, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control. Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

8. Right to Refuse Service

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including for suspected fraud, abuse, delivery outside our service area, or violation of these Terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
